Andy Rinaldi, Manager of Facilities and Maintenance, has been with We Do Life... Together for 7.5 years, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and lawn care teams.

In addition to completing maintenance repairs and work, he is also responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and their day-to-day operations, including planning projects, ensuring all equipment is in good working order, scheduling, purchase tracking, and record keeping.

What excites Andy about his role is the variety; each day presents new challenges in a fast-paced environment that keeps everything interesting. An important aspect of his position is ensuring all properties are safe for everyone and that everything is functioning properly.

Before joining We Do Life... Together, Andy spent 14 years as a general contractor specializing in home renovations. This experience equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of home construction and project management, skills that have proven invaluable in his current role.

Outside of work, Andy is passionate about travel and enjoys woodworking in his workshop. He loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or relaxing at the beach.
