Andy Wilson, Director Employee Support Services, joined our team in 2016 and has had several roles at our agency/company, most recently (since 2023) leading several of our Shared Services Teams.

Andy prioritizes empowering employees throughout our agency/company to thrive in their respective roles by optimizing systems such as Paycom, refining processes, enhancing communications, leveraging analytics, managing projects, and more. His knack for efficiently accomplishing tasks and comprehending intricate issues frequently leads to requests for his assistance with various projects and deliverables. In addition to several agency/company projects, he is currently leading our Artificial Intelligence (AI) program.

Andy recognizes the importance of a leader in a Shared Services role who can effectively manage multiple priorities and functions while possessing a broad and diverse skill set for problem-solving. He is pleased to be able to fulfill this crucial need within his role. Prior to joining our team, Andy worked for Apple, Inc., where he was a corporate trainer and Genius. Andy holds his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University with a focus on recording industry management.

In addition to being a musician (playing seven instruments), Andy is proud to be from Nashville, TN, where his family still resides. He enjoys watching hockey, working out, cooking, and taking care of his cat.
