Jennifer Christofano, Director of Payroll Servies, has been with We Do Life...Together for 9 years. Her primary responsibilities her role primarily revolves around managing payroll-related tasks.

A typical day for Jennifer involves reviewing timecards, updating 401k deductions and loans, processing checks for terminations, returned direct deposits and reimbursements, as well as handling garnishments. She works closely with HR to ensure payroll policies are followed and, most importantly, processes payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

The most important aspect of her role, Jennifer believes, is ensuring that everyone is paid accurately and on time. She takes this responsibility very seriously, understanding the critical nature of payroll in supporting employees and the business. 

ndBefore joining WDLT, Jennifer worked at ADP for 10 years, where she gained extensive experience. She began by taking payroll over the phone, moved into client services, and later transitioned to new accounts, setting up payroll systems for clients and providing solutions to various payroll-related issues. This broad experience at ADP prepared her for her role at WDLT, where she applies the skills and knowledge she gained to ensure payroll processes run smoothly. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cooking and baking, and she values spending quality time with her family and friends.
