Jessica (Jess) Doheny, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has been with our team since 2011 and was appointed as the agency/company CEO in 2024.

In her role as CEO, she is dedicated to cultivating a culture of compassion and empowerment, guaranteeing each person in our care receives the necessary support and resources they are entitled to.

Throughout her time with us, Jess played a pivotal role in internalizing agency/company operations through the establishment of an operations department. This not only led to cost savings but also enhanced our ability to offer improved financial assistance and support to the Individuals under our care.

"Making a meaningful impact and fostering positive change in the lives of those we serve is a responsibility I deeply value," she emphasizes. She recognizes the decisions we make today have lasting effects on our agency/company, team members, and the Individuals we support.

Jess has her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Post University. She is active in her community, supporting many arts programs, and is a member of the Waterbury Chamber Health Council. Jess loves sharing her time, home, and life with her family and friends, especially her husband and their three daughters.  She also enjoys traveling and wants to see as much of the world as possible.
