In her role as CEO, she is dedicated to cultivating a culture of compassion and empowerment, guaranteeing each person in our care receives the necessary support and resources they are entitled to.
Throughout her time with us, Jess played a pivotal role in internalizing agency/company operations through the establishment of an operations department. This not only led to cost savings but also enhanced our ability to offer improved financial assistance and support to the Individuals under our care.
"Making a meaningful impact and fostering positive change in the lives of those we serve is a responsibility I deeply value," she emphasizes. She recognizes the decisions we make today have lasting effects on our agency/company, team members, and the Individuals we support.
Jess has her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Post University. Integrity. Being honest and having strong moral principles is very important to me. Given our team members oftenprovide services in a vehicle, in the community, or in someone’s home, maintaining integrity and consistently doing the right thing are critical.
For some of our Individuals, family involvement may be lacking, and we step in to fill that void, becoming their surrogate family. This responsibility is not something I take lightly.
To live with compassion, integrity, and purpose, using my creativity, and leadership to empower others and foster positive change.
