Mariah Meiklem, Shared Living Manager, has been with our agency for 3 years, overseeing Individual Home Supports (IHS), Community Companion Homes (CCH), and Respite cases.

In her role, she is responsible for licensing CCH providers, managing individual cases, and leading the CCH/IHS team members. She also conducts quality service reviews and oversees licensing within the Shared Living department, while spearheading the Inclusion Committee, our team member appreciation committee.

One key aspect of Mariah's role is her unwavering dedication to providing quality service and ensuring the well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities. She is passionate about fostering inclusive environments, working collaboratively with her team to create positive change in the community.

Mariah's work directly aligns with the company’s mission statement, as she plays a crucial role in not only supporting individuals but also in redefining the meaning of inclusion and community engagement through the Shared Living department.

Her background has uniquely prepared her for this role. After working as an Operations Assistant, she gained extensive experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and in various training roles. Additionally, Mariah has a background in management and sales, which has equipped her with leadership skills and customer service expertise essential for her current position.

Outside of work, Mariah is focused on personal growth, aspiring to build her own event coordinating business and invest in real estate. These passions reflect her commitment to continuous improvement and community involvement.
