Our company recognizes Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and NewYear’s Day as company-paid holidays for eligible full-time employees.. The following is when each holiday will be observed/compensated, based on where employees are assigned.
Please note, the day after Thanksgiving (November 29), ChristmasEve (December 24), and New Year’s Eve (December 31) are not company holidays and are considered normal workdays.
Administrative Employees:
Thanksgiving Day will be observed on Thursday, November 28, 2024.Offices will be closed, and eligible full-time administrative employees will be paid 8-hours holiday pay.
Both Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1)will be observed on the actual day, Wednesday (December 25), and Wednesday(January 1), respectively. Offices willbe closed, and eligible full-time administrative employees will be paid 8-hours holiday pay.
Residential Employees:
Thanksgiving Day will be observed on Thursday, November 28, 2024. Eligible full-time residential employees will be paid 8-hours holiday pay.
Both Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1)will be observed on the actual days, Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday,January 1. Eligible full-time residential employees will be paid 8-hours of holiday pay.
In addition, if any residential employees (full-time, part-time, or per-diem) work on any of these holidays, they will be paid time-and-a-half for hours worked.
Vocational Employees:
Thanksgiving Day will be observed on Thursday, November 28, 2024. TheVocational Program will be closed, and eligible full-time vocational employees will be paid 8-hours holiday pay.
Both Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1)will be observed on the actual days, Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday,January 1. The Vocational Program willbe closed, and eligible full-time vocational employees will be paid 8-hours of holiday pay.
In addition, if any vocational employees (full-time, part-time, or per-diem) work on these holidays, they will be paid time-and-a-half forhours worked.
