As I sit down to write my holiday message, I can’t help but reflect on the challenges and divisions that have defined much of this year. Across our country, our communities, our families—and yes, even within our agency and company at times—it can feel like unity is harder to come by.
Yet, Thanksgiving reminds us of an enduring truth: no matter what our differences, there is always space for gratitude, connection, and compassion.
As we step into Thanksgiving and the holiday season, let’s take a moment to reflect not on what divides us, but on what binds us—shared experiences, shared aspirations, and a shared commitment to the meaningful work we do and the impact it has on those we serve. In these reflections, we find the strength to move forward together, focusing on what truly matters:
While these are just a few of our successes and there are many more that could be shared and celebrated, it’s in these moments we find the strength to bridge divides and focus on what truly matters.
Personal Reflection:
This past year has been a deeply personal journey for me. Sometimes, we need to draw inward, sit in solitude, and reflect before we can reach outward again with renewed purpose and clarity. As someone who has always been introverted and inclined to keep things close to the chest, this year has been transformative, allowing me to reconnect with what matters most in my life. I am deeply grateful to everyone I’ve encountered along the way; whether they realized it or not, they played a role in helping me regain my sense of balance and clarity.
Looking Forward:
As we enter this holiday season, senior members of our team will once again share their gratitude and holiday messages with you, continuing a cherished tradition from years past. I always look forward to their heartfelt messages, as they reflect the dedication and care they have for our agency, company, and team. These messages will be shared via email, through Paycom, and posted on WeConnect to ensure everyone can access them easily.
Lastly, I would like to thank you for your continued dedication to our agency, those we provide services, and each other. I hope you and your loved ones have a healthy, happy, and plentiful Thanksgiving and holiday season.
Best regards,
Tricia
