In 1998, when I founded We Do Life...Together (WDLT) (a division of ICES, Inc.), my aspirations and vision were ambitious. However, I could never have envisioned the remarkable growth and evolution of our agency and company over the years. From the expansion of services to the incorporation of new businesses and ventures, the transformation has been awe-inspiring. Through every expansion, one constant remains unwavering: our commitment to providing unparalleled support and care to those who benefit from our services. Whether it's in our group homes, school transport vans, senior living communities, or any future endeavors, our goal remains steadfast.
As we progress in our expansion and adaptation, like the evolution of technology, organizations must also undergo change. What once seemed logical and effective twenty years ago, or even a year ago, may no longer align with the purpose and objectives of the organization. Just as storing data on floppy disks now seems outdated, the future may render USB drives/cloud storage obsolete. Continuously assessing and reassessing our strategies and structure is crucial to meeting the needs of our teams and businesses in the present moment.I am thrilled to introduce our new organizational structure, carefully crafted to address the challenges of today and position us for success in the future.
