Within our Clinical & Nursing Department stands the ideals of support and care for our individuals, ensuring not only their medical and behavioral wellbeing but also providing our individuals with comprehensive and up to date support to ensure their Human Rights.Our team provides Clinical and Nursing services to all individuals in our State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) programs; tailoring towards their specific needs. These services, including one of the few Critical Response Teams offered in the State of Connecticut, aim to ensure adaptive and through plans to ensure our individuals are consistently receiving the best possible care we can provide.
Our department consists of licensed clinical social workers, clinicians, registered nurses, and a consulting psychiatrist, all working collaboratively to provide thorough care. This multidisciplinary team is the backbone of our services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of those we serve. Through a commitment to care, expertise, and a compassionate approach, our Clinical/Nursing Department plays a crucial role in the lives of those we serve, embodying our core belief in the importance of caring for others.
